Growth Track
Illuminate Growth Track guides you to discover your purpose and live the life God created for you. The Growth Track is made up of three steps that equip you to 1) ignite a passion for Jesus by sharing your faith , 2) infuse with purpose by discovering strengths and your God-given unique design, 3) impact community by putting those gifts to use to make a difference in the lives of others and our community.
Ignite
Our passion is to equip people to understand and articulate God's story, their story (personal testimony), and pray for opportunities to share this with family, friends, co-workers, neighbors, and stranger. You will also have the opportunity to become a member of Illuminate.
Infuse
In order to radically transform our community we believe we first must infuse people with purpose. This means we help people identify how God has uniquely wired them, pair them with a leader for apprenticeship, and release them into their passion.

Impact
We are not interested in leaving our community the same way we found it. Our desire is to see Jesus' hand print all over our community through: random acts of kindness, intentional serving opportunities, and partnering with schools and organizations. We truly believe we are better together!
